door_front How the 7-Day Doorstep Exchange Works

At Blue Dhaka, we want every garment to drape on you with absolute perfection. You never have to stand in line at a courier branch or wait weeks for an exchange:

  1. Step 1 • Reach Out Within 7 Days: Message our WhatsApp helpline at +880 1730-500900 or email saam.bluedhaka@gmail.com with your Order Number (e.g. BD-XXXXX) and the desired replacement size or design.
  2. Step 2 • Atelier Dispatches the New Piece: Our atelier prepares and dispatches the replacement garment directly to your delivery address via Steadfast Courier.
  3. Step 3 • Doorstep Handover: When the delivery rider arrives at your door with your new replacement piece, you hand over the original unused piece to the rider. No packing hassle, no courier hub visit.
  4. Step 4 • Settlement: If there is a price difference or standard doorstep delivery charge (৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳150 outside Dhaka), you simply hand it to the rider. Done!

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

To ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards for all atelier shoppers, returned garments must meet the following simple requirements:

  • Condition: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of perfumes, deodorant stains, or makeup marks.
  • Tags & Packaging: Original Blue Dhaka atelier hangtags and brand seal must remain attached.
  • Timeline: Exchange request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of physical parcel delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, wrong size dispatched by error, or an atelier manufacturing defect, we will arrange an immediate doorstep replacement with 100% free delivery on us. Please inspect the parcel upon delivery and notify our team with a photograph within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Because we offer full physical inspection prior to doorstep payment along with convenient doorstep exchanges, we operate primarily on a 7-Day Doorstep Replacement & Exchange basis. In exceptional cases where a replacement is completely out of stock and an item arrived defective, a direct bKash/Nagad or bank reversal will be processed within 3 business days of item inspection.
