1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting, browsing, or placing an order on Blue Dhaka (bluedhaka.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Products, Fabric Authenticity & Sizing

Every garment displayed on Blue Dhaka is crafted in our Dhaka atelier using genuine long-staple cotton, modal, silk, and lawn weaves. We take great care to represent accurate colors and textures; however, slight chromatic variations may occur depending on mobile or desktop monitor calibrations.

Please consult our interactive Sizing Chart (sizes 36 to 46) prior to confirming your purchase to ensure an ideal drape and fit.

3. Pricing & Doorstep Cash on Delivery (COD)

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and reflect direct transparent pricing. We offer nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) across all 64 districts in Bangladesh:

• Dhaka Metro (24h Express): Standard shipping fee of ৳80. Free delivery on orders of ৳2,500 or more.
• Dhaka Suburbs (Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj, Keraniganj): Standard delivery fee of ৳120.
• Outside Dhaka (All other 63 Districts): Standard delivery fee of ৳150 via Steadfast Courier.

4. Doorstep Parcel Inspection

Shoppers are fully entitled to inspect the outer packaging and verify the garment contents in front of the delivery rider prior to handing over the payment.

5. 7-Day Doorstep Exchange Policy

All unworn garments with original atelier tags intact are eligible for our streamlined 7-Day Doorstep Exchange. Full details and procedures are available on our dedicated Exchange Policy page.
